Oh the irony of this lawsuit.

My favorite line:

Jason West and Vince Zampella alleging publisher trumped up HR charges, conducted "Orwellian" investigation in order to avoid paying royalties, giving it control over Modern Warfare franchise.
Yet they were perfectly happy controlling the maps we could play, what we could unlock when, who we played with, what kind of playlists to accept, and all at the mercy of interacting with more cheaters than any other CoD game in history.

As in Animal Farm, some animals are more equal than others, like XBOX360 owners for example. Receiving preferred treatment in every way.

$15 for 2 old maps and 3 others, LOL!

The most ****ed up part of all this is console kids will continue to buy this DLC shit, and Activision will keep seeing how far they can milk them before they reach some sort of pricing fatigue.

I can't imagine many PC players buying this DLC. We used to get these maps for free through patches and other support for buying a $50 game, oh I mean $60 game now.

This game was supposedly the biggest entertainment launch in the history of mankind, and yet all they can come up with since Nov. is 5 maps, 2 that have been played to death on a previous installment?

I'm sorry, but I couldn't care less if Vince and Jason ever saw another penny from this franchise they sold out and flushed down the shitter.

Them complaining about being controlled in some Orwellian fashion is pure ****ing gold!

It's sad, because with dedicated servers and real mod support this game could have been great. The game is fun to play, but will never be considered a clan game or a competitive arena. Of course Robert Bowling talked about possible mod and league support, but that never happened. Not that anyone was ever holding their breath.
