Auto restart not working?

First of all HI to all, just registered and want to say I love your program :D .

I got about everything working cept for the 'force screenshots' actions, none of those commands work but I don't really need them so I don't really care lol.

What I do like to get working is the automatic restart when a new map is loaded. This is what I got in the BuzzGoodies.cfg:

It works one time, when I execute the MoH_AdminMod.cfg, but it doesn't restart when a new map is loaded, anyone has any ideas how I can fix this?

Ah right, before I forget, the change name commands don't work either, this is what I got in the menu:

Hi Ghost Dog, I see ya on TMT all the time welcome to MOHAdmin forums. Saw that you guys were posting about MAM/Buzz but, before I could chime in it looked like you guys had it all sorted out. :confused:

In regards to the Map Restart issue, this is from the BuzzGoodies.cfg file:

As long as you dont "rcon restart" or "rcon map ...." it should work for every map in rotation.

Keep in mind also that there are many versions of CI, MAM and BuzzGoodies. If you are using an older version with a newer game version you might have problems.
Also there were some MAM commands that were left out about version 3.4 which included "Quit to desktop" and others.
It looks to me like you are using a ingame menu to execute commands. What I have found is that there are certain commands that just refuse to cooperate at times in menus. The name change command was one I had trouble with too. What I did was create an alias, put it in a cfg file and then use the alias command from the menu like this:

Like I said it works perfect when I execute the MoH_AdminMod.cfg, but when the next map in rotation loads, nothing happens, no rcon restart used...

I have the zzzzzzz_MoH_AdminMod2.1.zip version of MAM which should be the one for BT.
All the files are on the server, 'cept for the MAMSecurity and MAMMapfix configs and pk3s, but I don't think they have anything to do with it.

Btw: anyway you can send me the 'name alias config' and your chngname.urc, would appreciate it alot cause it would save me loads of time.

Auto restart does work, my mistake. I changed the time to 10 or 20 secs which was too short, by the time I got in it already happened :rolleyes: . It 's 40 now which was the default and everything ok now.

I can still use those files SNYPE, if you have em and don't mind.

The buttons and sliders reminds me of how MOH Pacific Assault is set up to configure servers. Sliders for percent of soldiers who can have a type of weapon (MG, SMG, Sniper, etc.). Only thing missing is the gametype and map rotation, including the ability to "swap sides" (all axis go allied and vice vers, then replay last game/map). Very sweet. :D

Nice menu, one problem though:
Why is there a button on their that allows you to turn on/off Cham skins?
It's in the last screenshot for those who missed it

It came with the menu but I don't think it works. I tried it once just to see what would happen but nothing changed. You 'll probably need a pk3 for it to work.

Ok, I see. Just checking :D Do all the other features work? Could you send me a link to download that menu or is it for your clan only? I really like the features.

The auto restart works but it has some issues which I would like to see fixed if possible. We play Liberation on our server and when it auto restarts, we all go in jail for a sec and one team scores a point. This is not really fair and I was wondering if there is a way to fix it. It doesn't matter if people can kill eachother as long as the server restarts at the beginning of a round. Other teammembers also reported me that sometimes they go to spectator and can't get back in a team??

So what I 'm asking for is a way to make it restart in every loaded map, nothing more, nothing less :) .

my own goodies for mam

a year ago i wrote my own goodies for mam files.
since the buzz goodies and the autorestart did some cracy things like making some ppl invisible sometimes (spearhead).

i wrote some weaponeffects and the did a new autrestart.
the weaponeffects will only work with AA or SH since i never played BT i havent implemented the new weapons.

try it out:

i stoped working on it a long while ago so i have not finished all features - like this map timer - all the other things should work.
you can implement the goodies like the buzz goodies but you may not use both (never tryed) because i do some things he did with a different method.
