It's going to be tricky without knowing the board it has and what can fit in the case. At the end of the day, it's just a metal box and there is nothing that can't be fixed with a Dremel.

OK, I have done a little bit of research, damn that a weird PC. Almost 100% proprietary! The only way I think that you are going to be able to build a PC in the very old case is to go full on DIY. Gut the case, get busy with a Dremel. Hack out a space large enough for a replacement motherboard tray. Once you have that situated you can build a new PC in you old but heavily modified case.
Unless you are willing to get into some metal fabrication you might want to consider just building a new PC in a new case. Retire the old girl and send it to the computer heaven.
