MW3 Rcon tool

So i was on the clank2k infected servers today (I'm sorry i don't have the ip addys) and they have scrolling server messages, new player announcements and more! I have been looking for a program like this but am having no luck finding one I can download. Is there any possible way to find out or does anyone know what program it is and where to get it? (Itried to check out their website for a download but its not in English)

I know Kozoa has had some post on here about an rcon tool. Has anyone heard an update on that? I read his post and went to his site but i cat find anything there. i don't speak German and translating the page is not giving me any results.

my other question is i ran across a post at gameservers.com (where i am hosted) and found this post:

it talks about a YouTube video that demonstrates an rcon tool, and gives a link to download it. The link takes you to a file called MW3_rcon.zip. I started to download it but i get 100 pages of surveys" that have to be completed first. Has anyone heard of this program and is it worth the trouble?

Hi there

I'v been busy lately. And havent worked much on the tool. But the last week i have been working closely with http://www.esportservers.eu on making a addin for his site using my tool. And he starts offering it with his servers (no extra charge) sometime next week.
My tool is working and is not, i repeat NOT an injected dll or any other kind hacked workaround. Thus being legal in all purphases.

soon i have another version ready for download at my own clan site http://www.gwarg.dk and you can download and use it for free (if its for private/clan based use). If you are a serverhost you will need to contact me then we will take it from there.
