Honestly it failed to impress me. Looks more like Crysis 2.5.

Have to agree with Maydax and even though Cevat said this

Crytek CEO and president, Cevat Yerli, confirmed the news on Twitter. "Crysis3 will be more a spiritual successor in gameplay to Crysis 1 instead of Crysis 2

I'm thinking it looks much more like Crysis 2 with some jungle thrown in.

Not a big fan of the aliens and seems like that was a lot of the trailer. I still play Crysis (and Warhead) for the big open maps and combat against human AI's (still love the "Die Mr Yankee Zankee..." comments...) and think while I will probably buy it - doubt I'll be as hyped like if they really were going to make a successor to Crysis.
