No details other then they are currently working on a PC exclusive

Update: Epic Games prez Mike Capps told us after the panel that the unannounced PC project is currently underway, and that the current plans are to keep the game exclusive to the PC platform. Unsurprisingly, he wouldn't tell us anything else.

My guess is they want something to really show off their Unreal Engine to it's full effect. Develop a game now for the PC then port it to the next gen consoles. The next eggbox will need some games on launch. Something to get the kiddies slavering to lay down mega bucks come Christmas 2013.

"Current plans"... PC was once the lead platform for BF3, and then we got 720p loading screens with black borders around them and a horrible UI where you can't even click on the mini map to select a spawn point.

What I'd like to see is a game with high resolution textures, meshes and huge levels without loading times. A game designed without even thinking about consoles for a single second. A game which cannot be ported to current gen consoles, even when dumbing down textures and shaders. No compromises.

Maybe one day they will do a break-through in technology so they allow PC users to be able to chat when dead and when changing map. That could be nice to send a quick "n1" or "gg".
