max rate lag
Hello i have a home spearhead server and my speed is download 3mbit and upload 1 mbit
what number of max rate , for my line for will work properly? i have set max rate 7500 for 12 clients , but i have lag I have watched as they clients approach to "max player" , then the lag is longer. How to fix this?

You can use the calculator if you have Excel and IE. Also the guide has the formula. It suggests a sv_maxrate of 10000. One suggestion: go to http://www.speedtest.net/ to test what your upload speed really is. What they promise and what you get are not always the same.
