Ok I had no luck trying to find the command line for the config file, to limit how fast the artillery comes. I struck out in every web site I went to. Now is there any place where they would list all the cvars for COD-UO. I know I'm probably asking to much. Thanks

There are 3 or 4 threads on here with those commands. Search for Arty or Artillery and they'll show up. I went looking so I could set the points required for each rank to prevent arty whores. Now it takes 80 points to get artillery.

You need to set the battle ranks. Try this:

// points to achieve first rank
set scr_battlerank "1"
set scr_rank_ppr "5"

This says start out with the first battle rank (private) and advance a rank every 5 kills. You would get arty after 20 kills if my math is correct. Set the rank_ppr to whatever number you want.
