sorry if I'm a noob..but,
Just installed delator and put pk3 into server
start rcon delator and in panel say
moddelator NOT RUNNING
DMZ DogTag NOT RUNNING
both have a red x by them ...
what am I doing wrong ?

Delator is not supported anymore. Try a current Anticheat scanner like Foresight. (http://www.rconforesight.net)
