BoSBrian (http://member.php?u=3528) from our forums has sent along some info regarding the much anticipated next BF2 patch:
Looks like the patch has been delayed until October, but will include some great fixes and possibly a new map or two. I found this at planetbattlefield.com. I guess the information was leaked on a site in Europe and has been translated......
The new patch will be a full version patch not just a quick fix like the 1.0x implies. The new patch will be called 1.1, not 1.03.
Please remember this has not been confirmed by EA here in the states. Hopefully there will be something posted on the official site this evening.
