CoD with Serverdoc or EasyServ monitoring

I've worked with both of these products to reboot CoD servers. The dedicated server locks up with an error about "couldn't load default_mp.cfg" when it should normally load and run. Ha anyone tried these programs? There's got to be a way to make it work.

Clients: Has anyone used them to restart hung up or crashed CoD servers?

Admins: Has anyone had success using these tools to monitor their CoD games servers?
