Has anyone been able to get this working on their server?

yes it works, however it seems to drop FPS down to 12-14 with 50-60 players during record.

I configured it as it said in the readme files.

I got ours working, however nobody can download it from the link provided in BFHQ

If you go to the same link via a browser it works fine.

Are you using FTP or HTTP in your link?
