This is the link to the OFFICIAL Counter-Strike:Source BOT website. Turtlerock Studios created the CSS BOT for Valve. The Mods are helpful and can get you up and running with BOTs on your CSS server. I can get you up and running with the basics if needed, but the meat and potatoes can be fixed here:

another great resource I found while searching the web. they made guides for .nav modifications and host a lot of .nav files maybe by members of the community.
