Unconditional Surrender is a teamwork and objective-based realism mod for Call of Duty: United Offensive. It changes the gameplay around drastically and positively to bring exciting new gameplay and awesome realism, and enhance the fun-factor!
Plans have also been made to add five new vehicles, including a Tiger, Halftrack, lorry, and two new Sherman variants (the Tiger, Halftrack, and lorry will be included in the beta, soon to be released!)!

The "more info" link is dead, but it sounds like CoD meets BiA, but maybe not all screwed up with only 4 real-life players.

Hey there,
I know this is ancient but still, I had to comment. I Googled for Unconditional Surrender Mod the other day and this was one of the first links that came up! Wow, I'm like a celebrity, only cooler.
I'm glad to know that people are noticing it even off of CODfiles. Heck, there's even some Polish site that has information on it...
At any rate, I felt the obligation to respond, so here goes:
First of all, the website is in fact down; CODfiles will be hosting us in a few days, rather than one of my friends at their expense. :P
As for the gameplay? It's awesome. COD meets BIA indeed (in some respects anyway)! During beta testing, 8v8 DOM on Ponyri, nearly all of us found it hard NOT to use teamwork, which is one of the things I was aiming for with this mod!
Work is coming along fairly well. As of right now, the mod is awesome but lacks the features of its intended release (IE tanks, class system, etc).
If you have any questions for me feel free to ask. I'm trying to please the COD community in general here, so tell me what you think! Suggestions are welcomed and greatly appreciated.

It's nice to see developers of a mod keep in touch with their community!
Let us know if there is anything we can do to pass along info about your mod.
