Thank you to COTTO1984 for pointing out a bug in v3.1 of the HLC RCON MOD
After you have shut off the BAR in the weapon control submenu, it will not re-enable when you try to turn it back on. This is because there was an error in the scripting.
I have corrected the error. Instead of re-releasing version 3.1, Version 4.0 (without the bug) will be released as soon as the official patch for Call of Duty comes out.
For now, here is how to re-activate the BAR from the console:
1) Bring down the console and type:
/rcon scr_allow_bar 1 [then hit enter]
That's it. Make sure to include the / before the command.
