hello. i am a leader of a new clan call TSS. I am trying to make a server. i did dedicated to the internet. but my friends couldn't find it. if you have any guides to help me, please tell me where to find them.

try putting this in your.cfg

set sv_gamespy "1"

or you could just give them the IP addy and they can join with something like ASE (All Seeing Eye) get it here http://www.udpsoft.com/eye2/index.html
