Join the club...

Thier serer constantly died.
Service was non-existant.
No web-control panel for remote stopping and starting.
Thier 'Servers' are majorly overloaded. They run WAY to many game server's on one box.

To top it all off this guy tried to charge me extra AFTER I canceled service.

This company is a joke and should be avoided like the plauge.

BTW, great site... Simple and to the point.

what strikes me funny, is ngservers runs his mouth on the sm forums saying how linux owns windows for hosting. But he offer's halo which to my last check was windows only. im willing to bet thats why you never got your server...

looks like we are quite a few that got ripped of by Brian :mad:
And the the mail with the offer of 4 extra slots is a standar reply. I got the exact same reply after I filed a complane at paypal.
