Matt Pruitt of PMOH (http://www.planetmedalofhonor.com/) has written a very good article about Pacific Assault and what went wrong.
Matt writes:
I've written a small article entitled, "What Went Wrong? The Truths and Misconceptions of Pacific Assault (http://www.planetmedalofhonor.com/features/articles/inhouse/article0017.shtml)." The article covers the clouded development cycle of the game and points out where everything went wrong. A new logo, a new engine, a new storyline. Pacific Assault was supposed to redefined the Medal of Honor series and breath a whole new life force into it. However, the game fell short of any type of recognition. Was it a bad game? Yes and no. This article will take a look at Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault and will expose where everything went wrong. Check out the article and leave some feedback (http://www.forumplanet.com/planetmedalofhonor/topic.asp?fid=4441&tid=1609975).
I have to agree with Matt 100%, as this article hits the nail squarely on the head.
