View Full Version : What are the Neccesary MODS?

So far I've got CKR 1.1f (the fixed one), and a No Shotgun/No RL mod (funnier than the no ammo mod-- this one makes both weapons do NO damage, but still have ammo)

I've also got something I found - cheat police and 105th BS or something Mapfix 2.3 to stop some landsharking.....

BTW we're playing Gametype 4 on the hunt, v2 and bridge

I'm curious as to what I need (its a linux dedicated, rented with FTP access) to add to account for the buffer overflow problem, the tele-nade problem (maybe a team-swap limiter), object spawning (is that only spearhead-- coz this is just regular old AA), etc... what are the crucial things here?

I plan on running DMW 3 soon as I get done with these mods...

then some other questions are:

What mods does ClanBase support -- im asking here because someone might know and their idea of "forums" SUCKS.

and secondly, there was a mod out there that would allow me to broadcast messages in game, not through console but in text in the bottom of the screen within a red bar.. if anyone knows what that might be? I can use CrowKing if I must, but i'd rather not, at least until I know I can't find this other mod.

PS I found a different fgameded.so file somewhere that was supposed to fix linux problems, and it was about 0.18mb bigger than the one i had in there, but all it did was crash my server until i reverted it back to normal

CI will do everything you want,all the fixs are in it and it's by far the easiest to install.

never used DMW,check the site i posted,if there are any issues or conflicts it will be posted there since it's CI's creators site.
