The BritishEliteSoldiers have taken on the development of ServerStat
( http://www.ServerStat.org ) and have fixed most of the problems. We have also increased speed performance and added a load of new features. However this is only the beginning...

I plan to write a new program from the ground up that is generic enough to support ANY game (not just CoD), with the addition of a small parser plug-in (to support the log file). This is where I need your help.

I need log files for all popular games? This is crucial for initial design/development. If you run a server or know a game server admin that might be able to help us out, please contact me at Hebbian@BritishEliteSoldiers.co.uk

I intend to release the application as freeware so I will accredit anyone who can supply me with a healthy supply of log files.

I have to say here that I've been following the BES re-do of ServerStat (installing their BETAs as they have come out), and, that 182 is stable, solid, and a great product. I recommend it highly to all of you server admins that want to display your stats on your web servers. Hebbian has told me that 182 is close to being the last of the BETAs, and a released version is imminent. This is for CoD, of course.

Terrific job, BES, and I look forward to the "game independent" effort.

rudedog could you plz help us out...

we discussed the logfile on mohaa but it seems only to hold console info...

I got the following things set:
seta logfile "3"
seta g_log "qconsole.log"
seta g_logSync "0"
seta developer "1"
seta chat "1"
seta sv_chatter "0"

why doesn't the logfile contain kills/deaths and stuff....??

Because MOH MP was an after thought. Beleive it or not, there was not going to be MP in MOHAA

This is the main reason why autokick does not work (as far ask kicking TKers)

If memory serves me, I thougt MOH linux supported more logging features but I could be wrong as it's been a while.
