Hi Guys,
I have just ordered two identical servers and am interested to see if Linux does outperform Windows.
Both servers are P4 3.0ghz.
I know nothing at all about linux, in fact I would say I have gone out my way to avoid it. Dont we fear what we dont understand?
Well, I am going to bite the bullet and give it a go. I see there is already a guide for Linux. But I need a bit more than that. The guide assumes you know a bit about linux first.
What version of linux do I want? I hear lots about Suse, is that best?
Are there different version of Suse for example, maybe one that works better with MOH?
If Suse isnt the right flavor of Linux, can someone point me in the right direction?
Also, where to download it or buy it etc.
