Well here is a tool, myself and a friend serialkiller have been working on and now it is up and running. all we ask for you to use it is register at the site. we have other builders there for other games and we are adding more regularly.
What the tool does is let you pick your variables and other settings like; dmflags, map rotation, teamswap after each map and many other things to much to describe. Best thing would head over to the thedeadsquad (http://www.thedeadsquad.com) and check it out.
