Server and Custom Maps

No matter what custom map I use from the downloads page I can't figure out how to add it to the map rotation this is the error I get when just setting a one map rotation;

"sv_mapRotation" is:"gametype tdm map mp_riveredge"

"sv_mapRotationCurrent" is:"mp_riveredge"

Unknown keyword 'mp_riveredge' in sv_mapRotation.
No map specified in sv_mapRotation - forcing map_restart.
Server is not running.

if I type map mp_riveredge it will load it.

Any Ideas?
