I suppose it's kind of funny that I'm here asking questions, but whatever. I'm not proud. I just wanna help out if I can.
Anyway, I wanted to ask if a MOHPA server will run on a dual opteron setup and if there is anything special needed to make it work.
Thanks for any info!

No need to be proud, if it's MOH-related, SNYPE and the boys here can solve just about any admining question.

It should work just fine. According to AMD all 32-bit Windows and 32-bit Linux x86-based operating systems and applications will run on Opteron unchanged. Just dont expect too much since in order for an application to take full advantage of the Opteron, it needs to be written specifically for it.

I added this line to my mohpa cfg.
// Dual processer Addon
set r_smp 1
It is suppose to allow the game to run on both processers

That is a QIII cvar and most devs disabled it in there games. It doesnt work with MoH:PA.
