PA lag when turned on

Join the game as a client
Enter your rconpassword
Type: rcon status (just to comfirm rcon password)
Type: rcon set sv_punkbuster 0 (turning off)
then
Tpye: rcon set sv_punkbuster 1 (turning on)

When i do this i get about a 5 sec delay THEN 10 secs a FULL lag and high pings until PB kicks in.

Happening to anyone esle?

Sounds normal. When PB is activated, the server sends a query to the Master PunkBuster server and exchanges a boat-load of information. If you want PB enabled, enable it via the server cfg file.

Maybe normal for MOH-PA but doesn't happen on my 3 COD/COD-UO servers.
