how do i killcam off. Ive played servers with it off so please help.

There are a few people that made MOD's for it. You can actually download the TWL version from http://www.teamwarfare.com/files/dl/CoD/Teamwarfare%20CoD-MoD.zip or browse the forums for utilities and chose one of those.

Either way after the mod is installed -you have to add an additional command to your server.cfg (depends on which mod you use)

i believe you can select "force respawning" within the game itself

I believe he is looking to disable the "kill Cam" .
