Im not sure where you found these but 1 would think that it might help in being able to set the net ip. I will do some testing using a few different scenarios and combinations and post back here.

set sv_pingrestrict 0 what are the varibles 0=off & 1=On. I have it set to one
not doing much of anything. Can we enter a ping limit? Ie... 135 etc

Your looking for sv_maxPing "135"
Do both sv need to be set to work?... i.e. ping restrict to "1" and maxping to "135'?

i've noticed that you can adjust/remove the "wobble" in the sniper gun, and i'm going to test this setting as soon as i'm done here, lol.... but my question is, would these alterations to the.... //dm_sniperWobbleDuration "1.5" cvar work with the example commands below
dm_mgWobbleDuration "0" (for NO machine gun "wobble" or recoil)
dm_smgWobbleDuration "0" (for NO small machine gun "wobble" or recoil)
dm_sniperWobbleDuration "0" (the original command in your list, but i altered it from "1.5" to "0" ))

That earlier post is a complete cvarlist. That means if its not in there, then the game does not use it. You can create those other cvars, but they will do nothing for you. I don't recall if that post came out before or after the patch, so its possible some more cvars were added in the patch. To find out, open the console and type cvarlist.
Sincerely doubt what you are trying to do is a cvar issue though. The recoil is normally in the tiki files. I don't have MOHPA installed any more (and I don't know if it used tiki files like the classic MOH series), but where ever the individual weapon specs are kept is what you would have to mod to change that. You should find them in the pak files, probably in a weapons or models/weapons subdirectory. Except for the graphics elements, those files are usually plain text so they can be edited. Just store off a good copy of your original files before you start hacking around. ;) Also, if you do something like that only on your client and not for everyone on the server, then its called a hack or a cheat and you will be called unkind names. :mad:
If you look at the sniper wobble cvars in the earlier posting, it appears that this is used to control how your view when zoomed through the sniper scope wobbles and has nothing to do with recoil. That is why there are no corresponding values for the other weapons.

thanks buddy... appreciate it. i'll look into the cvarlist for any commands that the patch created, simply because i've played on a few servers that seem to have no recoil on the tommys, and other servers are the complete opposite.
and for your re-assurance, using cheats/hacks etc is one of my BIGGEST pet hates, and if i found a way to take away the re-coil, it would be put on the server commands, and would have the same reult for everyone ;)

i have a new problem now :undecided
when we are playing invader , the spawnpoints can become completely messed up, and defenders start respawning in the attackers spawnpoint and vice-versa.... we have tried changing a few of the obvious settings, but just wondered if anyone has any experience of this problem, and found a fix for it ,
help would be greatly appreciated because it cause the server to empty when it starts going crazy, people accusing each other of spawnkilling etc,

Don't really have any experience with that, but I did find this which might help

Might want to try using either balnk "" to use the gametype default or "team" to keep folks apart (though it could end up forcing reinforcements to run further).
Not sure this will do it but it might help.
