Demo Server not listing in GameSpy

Could use a little help.

I cannot get a MoH-PA Demo dedicated server listed in GameSpy or the in-game browser. I can, however, connect to the server via direct IP address connection.

This is a dedicated server on a public IP address - not behind a firewall.

Here is what I have from a Gamespy config setup. I suspect I have incorrect information for the Gamespy master servers.

Is this a rented server? You are absolutely sure there is not router, firewall or even software firewall blocking ports of any kind? Do you keep this on 24/7 or is it off at times? Sometimes it takes GSpy Master servers a while to update.

Not a rented server. I have full access and control to this server as well as several CoD servers that I admin. Just brought this MoH-PA Demo server up today. No firewall and router is wide open. The CoD servers are broadcasting properly. I did notice that the MoH server console shows no heartbeats at all.
