im sure im not the first one to think about these questions. Maybe together we can find out.

1.where are the rcon commands, is there even a login for server admins to handle the troublemakers? or even change maps if you disable map voting?

2.Where are the reserved slots cvars?

3.How do we kick the server rules breakers and asshats?

4.Must we wait for a external remote manager from the community coders and modders for these features.

5.Is anyone working on a server side mod to enable the realism levels embeded in the game that only need to be switched on?

I might be wrong but i havent seen anything about these issues. These are valid concerns for server admins.

Yes there are a hella of alot of server config settings and they are really nice and i personaly appericate EA taking to time to listen to feedback and include alot features that usally are done by the codeing & modding members of the community.

I can see a big problem with clans running servers having to stop and restart the server or servers to allow members to get in being there is no reserved slots options or cvars.

Im surprised with the success of the BFV server manager included in that realease, ea did not include a similar one with & for MOHPA.

A big part of a titles success is server admins being able properly admin and to provide a asshat free, and friendly atmosphere for all.


well im off to check on the upload of the gigs for server, only a day and a half to finish upload.

3. PunkBuster will do this nicely IF its properly configured. PunkBuster has the ability to check each client's cvar's to make sure they are within range. PB can also detect non standard .pak files and altered .pak file sizes. PB can check for name stealing and kick person with inappropriate names. PB also has a web interface.

4. NO, they're already here (most of em)

5. There is a realism setting in the DSLauncer that can be enabled although I think you may be looking for something else.

There are reserved slots available, on a server with reserved slots a joining player is prompted for the PW to take a reserved slot or can enter the server in a standard slot.

EA has put together a great package for those of us who admin servers, the learning curve may be steep but you will eventually find your Admin Life alot easier. I am very impressed that so much exists right out of the box.

Yeah nice package one of the most full featured.

Im a very experianced servermaster and admin , im very familar with punkbuster and know about the kick features. Thanks for the reply though.

I was really wanting to know if we can set master rconadmin in config and use the console cvars to kick unwanted or server rule breaker players (until remote admin tools are ready). and get maplist and change maps as in almost everygame. I havent seen a cvar or command for these or the reserved slots.

We have the MOHPA MP_demo supplemental cVars listed on our front page.. Ive read the docs in retail and see no additions from MOHPA MP_demo supplemental.

I will read over the updated list posted by rudedog you mentioned, thanks i missed that.

As far as the realism im aware of the realism checkbox, what i am refering to is enableing the other realism settings already in the final product , which if i remember correctly contain 2 different realism settings other than the realism checkbox on server gui, which where intended to and need to be simply enabled by a modder and released as a small server side patch.
