I was playing around with this one this morning and found it interesting. Just curious if anyone else is running it. Everything seems to run fine except the maps won't cycle. I run an RE/SD server, added the maplists to the config in SW but no luck. If anyone is running it I'd love to see the line from your map rotation.

Thanks,
Shift

Yes shifty we run serverwatch on the TM stats server and all is good. You may need to add +map_rotate to your command line. Here is an example of my command line.
"+exec codserver.cfg +map_rotate"

// The rotation.
set sv_mapRotation "gametype sd map mp_brecourt gametype sd map mp_carentan gametype sd map mp_dawnville gametype sd map mp_depot gametype sd map mp_harbor gametype sd map mp_hurtgen gametype sd map mp_pavlov gametype sd map mp_railyard gametype sd map mp_rocket"

map mp_brecourt

It's a pain to configure.

No not realy. Just takes time to learn all the functions and what you can do with them. If you want something where you don't have to do any work yourself setting up the admin tool then look elsewhere but if you like full control and customization of your admin tool I'd sugest spending the time learning it. Questions can be asked in the ServerWatch forum on these boards:ServerWatch forum (http://www.codadmin.com/nuke/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewforum&f=13&sid=8ed4495d17d2921a04b022e65a16b6e5)

It is Fantastic software. We use it on the MOHAA and CoD servers.

Thunder, where are you loading this command line? Within ServerWatch or within your dedicated.cfg file?

I may be doing something more screwed up than I thought I was. Do you need to add the map rotation withing the serverwatch/server configuration tab or somewhere else?

I believe you can either launch via a batchfile or use a shortcut like the ones that launch the game normally, right click go to properties and add it at the end of the command to launch, then save and launch.

if there was a linux version I'd run it.... and it would have to be fully operable from command line... Because Its the only comp I have that can run 24/7 :-)
