Disabling Specatare and following enemy players - how? :)

Most of people I play with are using TeamSpeak.
I would like to disable spectate view, and also "following" option after death, so they won't be able to tell each other who where is ;) etc.

Which server mod I should use and You recommend?
If it is not a problem I would be thankful for "text" I have to put to the game cfg file in order to get what I want.

We run an RE/SD server, I've got a file that works at least in team based objectives, disables killcam and only allows you first person view through your own team, no ghostcam or free-roaming. It's been too long for me to remember where I got it but I think Clan IO got the credit in the read me. Let me know and worst case I can email it to you...file is only like 53K, you'll also need to add two lines to your cfg file.

You will need to pull the file back out of your main directory prior to patching CoD.
