prob's with spam in servers

i am a admin in 2 bt demo servers and we want to stop the spam problem. Ive tryed all the flood codes and it doesnt seem to work can u help me out these are the codes ive tryed:

sv_floodprotect 1
seta flood_waitdelay 10
seta flood_persecond 4
seta flood_msgs 4

none of them seemed to work.

i'm not positive on this, but i don't think any of those commands except for sv_floodprotect are meant to work in Breakthrough (or at least the demo)

it may not work at the rate you'd like it to, but at least it's better than nothing

ok thanks for the help i thought it was somthing i was doing wrong like missing a code or somthing one guy told me it doesnt work on the lib have not had time to test it on the team match but at least i wont waste my time on a code that does not work anymore but it does seem like the code should work on the break through becouse that was the latest game made from them but they did **** up pretty bad on the last few games they made i hope the new pa one has less **** ups
