Force To Spectator

I'm looking for a way to force a player to spectator. I know that typing rcon spectator works on client 0, but is there a way to specify a clientid?

I found this in another thread for forcing suicides:
rcon set command client_suicide client id/allies/axis/all

Maybe something similar would work for spectator?

Keep in mind that requires a third party tool like CI.

Yeah, I knew CI has that functionality. I was just hoping for something quick that I could run while in-game. Thanks for your reply. :D

If you run CI/MAM on your server you have the ability to use the command through rcon. You can either pull down your console and type it in or use a simple menu program like EZRcon and add your own dropdown list with the command scripted in already.
