As announced on the official page, punkbuster will be integrated into MOHPA out of the box.

This was the MOHTeam's number one suggestion to EA. I don't know if they where working on it before we voiced our opinions for anti cheat out of the box but EA has come threw.

More news upon my return next week. I am currently on the road on business.

Well.. better late then ever, i guess the complains from the community/admins finally did the trick, lets hope the game experience is better than BT.

I beleive admins, clients, scripters, mod makers, and map makers will see an overall improvement x10. This is from the MOHTeam standpoint.

As far as game play goes, only time will tell but the E3 movie does look good.

Sounds good to me, is PA built on a new engine? i saw a post about that somewhere, i hope there will be a mp demo.I also think admins is more intrested to host PA server when Punkbuster are built in to the game.

Punkbuster is really easy to use both client side and also for admins, they have a new tool for admins called mbl, This is a fully automated, secure, real time spooling of the Punk Buster logs directly from your server to the master database. It stops cheaters in their tracks across a large number of game servers.

MOH:PA is running EA's own engine but still uses part of the old Q3 engine to render the visuals. It also incorporates the Havok physics engine.

Punkbuster is long over due and very welcomed.

i agree... can't wait to see the final product; everyone's anticipation for MoH: PA's release is very high indeed! :)
