Hey guys, long time no chat.
Anyways, gotta question: I run AutoKick for my Squad and I was wanting to know would it be possible to run 2 or 3 AutoKicks at a time on the server? Because, sometimes, Im not on when we have a n00b and they can't ban unless Im on, so could I have other Squad members Download AutoKick and then they just use the program to ban only?
Like I would run the messages, and keep the ban list I have and then they just use it soley for banning? Or would the files conflict with each other?

Last I checked, autokick only ran one instance per machine, but multiple machines could run it configured to talk to the same server. In that case, yes it would work. Only problem is, they would have no way of sharing the ban info, so someone would get the boot only when the person who banned them is running their version of Autokick. If someone knows different speak out, as I have not actually tried it. But it seems to me that this is how it should work. You could always experiment by running it on your home machine just as your fellow rcons would be doing from theirs.

So if say I have another Admin run AutoKick with the exact info including ban info on their computer during the week with mine turned off, it would work?
Another question: Alot of my members in my Squad have the changing IP and a few are on dial-up, how do I immune a changing IP? I've tried just adding the first few numbers like XX.XXX but it doesn't work, any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Yes it will work to run multiple AKicks against 1 server.
Like I would run the messages, and keep the ban list I have and then they just use it soley for banning? Or would the files conflict with each other?
That would be the ideal way to do it, there would be no conflicts. If they do any bans, they will need to send you the IPs to keep on one master list (thats just to keep the confusion to a minimum).

Ok thanks, now do you know how to help with the IP's? They seem to be changing quite often, about every 2 or 3 days.

I dont recall if that works with AutoKick, I know it works with CI.
Try this format: 122.122.122.* or 122.122.*
The asterick (*) is a Wild Card.

Ok thanks, now another question. I've sent all my Banned IP's to my fellow Squad member who will also be running autokick. He put them onto the Banned IP List and then says when he exits out of Autokick and then tries to get it back up and running, a error message pops up saying:
AutoKick has encountered an error and will now shutdown
Error loading banned ips: Subscripts out of range.
Have any idea what could be causing this? He looked at the banned IP files and no IPs have been run together and everything looks fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance guys :D

Heres the answer straight from the Autokick.com (http://www.autokick.com/supportFaq.php) website:
Q. Subscript out of range
A. This is caused by having a large number of items in your banned file. To avoid this bug, remove some of the older entries in your ban file.

Thanks alot SNYPE. I'll have him do it tonight. How many IP's do you think we should go ahead and remove? I guess I'll start off with 10 or so and then go from there. We share ban lists with other Squads and have the ban lists from cheatpolice so I can see why it would error load. However, my autokick is fine and have never had a problem with it even with all the IP's.

I am not sure what the limit is, that would be a good question for the Autokick.com forums.
Let us know what you find.
