Help with mohaa Portals

I`ve seen on servers a while back green orbs that when you run into them the teleport you to another spot in the map. I have set-up a server with all modded stock maps. I want to add some to these maps but cannot find a pak can anyone make me this or direct me to one? i would be very thankful
