RCON Help

[mt_clip_hogan]

I am running CI 1.5.3.5 on a Breakthrough server. I have set up a stats program for the server, but have lost rcon abilities. I removed the commands and restarted the server but cannot get rcon back. Help please. I have been using CI previously without any problems.
Here is my command line that I use to start the server.

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA\moh_Breakthrough_server.exe" +set developer 2 +set logfile 3 +set g_logsync 1 +exec custom.cfg

I have experienced this bug before, and it afflicts all the Q3 derived games I have admined to any real extent. Basically rcon just stops responding. What is really strange is that stopping and restarting the game process often does not fix it - it requires a system reboot. How's that for weird and inappropriate (but true)?
