DM messages dont work???

I configured a server dedicated and the Dm messages do not they function in the server. There is some variable to activate the DM messages?

DM Messages? Do you mean the voice taunts and commands? Some maps have that affect (i believe it involves an incomplete dmprecache file, but not sure). If you mean something else, then you might explain the question more.
