Server watch on websites

i have been looking at other clans sites. and they have a page to show who is on the server wut map its on and other things. how would i get this fuction on myclans site.???

We use http://www.serverspy.net for our site. It shows the server name, ip address, game, map, players and even allows you to join the game from your website. They have a free monitor available, or for $3 a month you can choose from 4 styles and customize to fit your site. Teamspeak is available for free from www.teamspeak.org. Someone will need to run the server, and all your members will need to download the client.
