objective/score screen mod???

I've played on several servers and have noted that when the objective/score screen comes up at the map rotation it shows what mods are running on the server eg: MPSH realism mod v1.0 etc..... My question is, is there a mod out there that allows you to do this or do you have to edit pk3 files?? Any info would be appreciated. TIA

Those are normally done in the scr file for the particular map.
I dont know of any mod that can do this.
