Avatars in game command

He guys.. Trying to find the command to turn on/off the friendly indicators.. for some reason after I built my .cfg file the friendly indicators aren't appearing in game..

ANy help would be aprreciated..

Im having a problem with the team mates name indicating the player, mine isn't showing up. Any ideas? (I'm not refering to the avatar, only the name.) It's gone.
