Delator Help

I have recently really been getting into Delator as an alternative for AutoKick. There are however a few things that I have questions about. I am running Delator 3.0. My first question is: Is there a way to change the reason why a person was banned. I.E., if I ban via selecting a name and banning, it will show the reason as "Admin. Ban". Is there a way to change that so I can specify a certain reason? I know you can set a reason via rcon when you are running Delator, but is there any way to do it just from Delator? This would be of great help when keeping track of the bans. Second question: When using the cvars g_maxmaptks and g_maxcontks to handle TKers, do you set it like g_maxcontks/5? (5 being the number of consecutive TKs). Third question: Is there a way to allow only stock skins and other certain skins, and kick all other players that are running custom skins? And my last question: What are modified binary hacks? And is Delator accurate at catching them. I ask this only because Delator has caught A LOT of people using them, and banned a few. I just want to make sure that this is accurate as to not ban innocent people.

Another thing, I just uploaded a pk3 file made by ModDelator to our SH server. It really screwed things up, and now you can't bash with your two handed weapon. It looks like the settings went back to Allied Assault defaults or something, which is not good. What should I do?
