Grenade trick crashing the server. Won't restart

Anyone ever heard of this one? specific exploit instructions edited out by GaSplat it crashes all of my servers. I have tried it on three diffrent servers on two seprerate machines. Both have progam monitors on them (I'm using firedaemon for this). One server is Windows 2003 standard server and the other is Windows 2003 Web Server. On the web edidton fire daemon just restarts the service but on the standard edition I get an error message and the service does not restart. The error message is "The instruction at "0x311685fd" referenced memory at "0x0000056c". The memory could not be "read". Then I must click ok or cancel to restart the server. I can't be around all the time to restart it so I'm stuck. I either need to know how to fix the cause or suppres the error messages. I'm open to idea. BTW the error is a software problem and not a RAM problem as the message might lead one to belive.

1 - please don't post specific information on how to crash a server. Believe it or not, not everyone reading the public forums is an ok kind of person.

2 - download the patch to fix that exploit off the www.invisiblewarriors.com web site.
