Remote Administration Tutorial

I'm planning on building some sort of Remote Administration Tool/Anti Cheat tool for use on my clans server. I will be coding it in VB6, i'm wondering if there are any tutorials out there on the whole, sending of commands to the server, such as kicking a player. I've found a few on receiving data using the yyystatus, but id like to look at more, and sadly google was no help. Any links or messages would be greatly apreciated.... I think you will all like what the BH Dev time is planning.
