Delator and VSTR

Does Delator really mess up the map rotations if you are using vstr to manage them? I've read a lot of different opinions on the topic. Can someone with practical experience either confirm or deny this--because this could be the problem I'm having.

I run spearhead and use vstr and delator. I don't have any problems. I don't know if this will apply to breakthrough but from everything I've read SH and BT seem very similar you shouldn't have any trouble.
