I know there are many ways to manage setting up clan matches on a server (via some of the admin sofware provided here) also by hard coding in config files, ect. I'm just curious, has anyone ever written a program specifically to set up and control a server for clan matches? Again, I know some of that functionality is built into many of the anti-cheat programs, but I'm talking about a dedicated program just to administer a server during clan matches.

Thanks for your reply.

Well, taking into account the variables for a server match, it would be great for a program to have an interface where you could do the following from one screen, like:

1. Set the map rotation for the match
2. Set the map times
3. Set up match specific messages, like "Going Live on Map Restart" to run at the begining of each match game map.
4. Maybe restart a map three times prior to going live.
5. Maybe scripted messages to run on specific maps that tell each clan what side to join and when.
6. Maybe timed messages, ect.

In a nutshell, a program that could automate much of the match process to a large degree and decrease administrator overhead.

I know how to do all this (and that it can be done in a variety of ways), it would just be nice to have all this ability from an interface similar to the dedicated server launcher that came with BT. I am not aware that anyone has come up with something like that.

Hey,

Ok i am gonna reccoment something that does almost all of those things...if not all!

It isn't made for this specific reason butw will work.

Get CI (Counter Intelegence) You can set map rotations and such and also do all the messaging. Also it will prevent people from cheating durring the matches!
