Mod for grenade cooking and going prone.

Is there a mod for mohaa that allows you to cook off your grenade for a second or three and a mod that allows you to lay prone?

I don't know about cooking a grenade, but prone has been done. Both the server and client have to have it to make it work, so the only place I have seen it is on TC's. HitP had it. It replaced the crouching animation.
