Yellow Messaging

I'm sure i have seen this somewhere on the forum, but I cant find it now.

I can do the yellow messaging that appears on the right hand side, and have a bind key setup to send my message.

What I need to know is how do I put it in CI or server.cfg so it will come up on the server automatically, in yellow.

First how do u make it come up on the right hand side. For me it is the left. Second what is the code u use on the binded key.

U can set that up in MAM which is part of CI. You can also make a mod that has the writing in white on the left so u don't need CI running!
