help with text needed please

Hi, i would like to add some text on my server both static & scrolling
so i can put information etc up. any help or script that i could just add to my cfg file and edit would be great.

There really are no built in functions for this. If you don't want to use one of the more full featured tools (like CI) then you will need to find a simpler mod that can do that. The old MAM could do that, and there may be others that are more limited in what they do that might suit your needs, but you will have to look for it. The stock game does not have anything built in for yo to do that.
