Scoped DeLisle and Other Mods

Anyone know where I can download a scoped DeLisle server-side mod? I saw one or two servers running this and thought it would be nice to add to my BT server to go along with the silenced pistol mod we currently run. Don't know if the scoped DeLisle mod went public or not. Also, would appreciate any feeback from server admins on mods they use which people enjoy (please also provide a link). Have not been running a server too long, so I'm still learning. Any guidance on the mods would be appreciated.

The MODS we run on our server is burst fire mod, no rocket mod, poison gass mod, and a mod that has messaging for us.

Most everyone likes the mods and they keep coming back. Someitmes you will have the person who really cares about winningh and doesn't like the burst fire mod because they think it is unfair to allies.
